Keto Tzatziki Chicken Salad
Geri TerryIngredients
- 4 cups chicken cooked and shredded or diced
- 1 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 Cucumber shredded on a box grater or diced
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cups Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 3/4 Tbsp Garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill or 1 Tbsp. dried
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
- Combine the lemon juice, yogurt, milk, oil, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Gently fold in chicken, cheese, and cucumbers. Serve on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes green peppers avocados for a salad, on a low carb wrap, or with low carb crackers as a dip!
