This is sooo good! I'm thinking of mixing up a batch of the dry ingredients to have WHENEVER I WANT!! (Like always!) keto vanilla ice cream is the perfect foil, but keto whipped cream is pretty dang good too!

Instructions
 

  • Stir oil, Swerve, yolk, vanilla, and sour cream in microwave safe mug till combined.
  • Next stir in baking powder, salt, almond flour and cocoa till fully combined.
  • Microwave for 1 -2 minutes. Cake will rise a bit and the top will will look shiny.
  • Wait a minute or two, then top with ice cream or whipped cream! Decadent and delicious and easy to boot!
