Method
- Stir oil, Swerve, yolk, vanilla, and sour cream in microwave safe mug till combined.
- Next stir in baking powder, salt, almond flour and cocoa till fully combined.
- Microwave for 1 -2 minutes. Cake will rise a bit and the top will will look shiny.
- Wait a minute or two, then top with ice cream or whipped cream! Decadent and delicious and easy to boot!
