Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

This is sooo good! I'm thinking of mixing up a batch of the dry ingredients to have WHENEVER I WANT!! (Like always!) keto vanilla ice cream is the perfect foil, but keto whipped cream is pretty dang good too!

  1. Stir oil, Swerve, yolk, vanilla, and sour cream in microwave safe mug till combined.
  2. Next stir in baking powder, salt, almond flour and cocoa till fully combined.
  3. Microwave for 1 -2 minutes. Cake will rise a bit and the top will will look shiny.
  4. Wait a minute or two, then top with ice cream or whipped cream! Decadent and delicious and easy to boot!
