Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  2. Add the cucumber to the yogurt mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Add the cooked chicken and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
  6. Serve chilled.
