Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • Cream Swerve and butter till light and fluffy.
  • Add egg. Mix till fully combined.
  • Add mix, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Beat till fully combined into a soft dough.
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon balls an inch apart on a parchment lined pan.
  • Bake cookies for 11 to 13 minutes. Cool.
  • Plate them up for Santa. Don't forget carrots for the reindeer!
