- Preheat oven to 350*
- Cream Swerve and butter till light and fluffy.
- Add egg. Mix till fully combined.
- Add mix, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Beat till fully combined into a soft dough.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon balls an inch apart on a parchment lined pan.
- Bake cookies for 11 to 13 minutes. Cool.
- Plate them up for Santa. Don't forget carrots for the reindeer!
