You can’t go wrong with some grilled cheese. But this recipe takes it to the next level with the addition of pimento cheese spread, and jalapeno. This Keto Pimento Cheese Texas Toast Panini is a simple, protein-packed lunch you can whip up in minutes.

  • Prepare Ketonia loaf as directed on the back of the package. Slice into 12 slices.
  • Combine first 7 ingredients (Mayo through Tabasco) in a bowl of stand mixer. Mix with paddle attachment. Add Cheddar and mix until just combined.
  • Smear pimento cheese onto Texas toast. Grill in Panini pan till golden brown and melty!
