Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice cucumber. set aside.
  • In a bowl large enough to fit cucumbers, whisk together all ingredients except sesame seeds.
  • Add cucumber slices and stir well till all cucumber slices are coated.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Scarf the whole bowl down!
