  1. Peel and slice cucumber. set aside.
  2. In a bowl large enough to fit cucumbers, whisk together all ingredients except sesame seeds.
  3. Add cucumber slices and stir well till all cucumber slices are coated.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Scarf the whole bowl down!
