Keto Cheesy Brussels Sprouts
I'm not the biggest Brussels Sprout fan, but I'll eat these all day long! They get nice and crispy too!

Ingredients
- 6 brussels sprouts frozen
- 1 cup jack cheese Jalapeño
- ¼ cup bacon crumbled

cup cake tin
12 Cupcake liners

- Preheat oven to 425*
- Lightly spray liners with cooking spray.
- I'll be honest here, I used Hormel bacon bits!
- Microwave frozen sprouts for 5 minutes or so, still soft and tender. Slice in half.
- Smash sprouts with bottom of a glass.
- Place 1 tbs cheese in bottom of liner in cupcake tin.T op with smashed sprout. Top with more cheese. Sprinkle with bacon.
- Bake for 15 minutes, till golden brown and delicious! Let cool a few minutes . Really good dunked in Ranch!
