Instructions
 

  • Combine allulose through Tajin in a zip top bag. Knead to mix. Add chicken and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven (or grill) to 425*
  • Remove chicken from bag. Discard bag and remaining marinade. Place on line sheet pan and bake for 30 -40 minutes or till juices run clear and internal temp is 165*.Let rest 10 minutes and slice.
  • Enjoy!
