Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 zucchini thinly sliced
- 2 small tomatoes thinly sliced
- 4 oz feta thinly sliced
- stem oregano
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives pitted, sliced in half
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tbs olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425*F
- Slice 4 or 5 slits in the chicken breasts, going ¾ of the way down. Do not slice all the way through.
- In each slit place a slice of cheese, a tomato slice a zucchini slice and an oregano leaf.Place in parchment lined sheet pan.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake 45 minutes or till juices run clear.
- Garnish with more olives and feta if desired.
