Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add eggs. Cook 12 minutes.
  • Remove eggs from hot water and. cool in ice bath. Peel.
  • Slice eggs in half. Pop out holds and place in a bowl. Break up yolks with pastry cutter or fork.
  • Combine yolks with mayo and mustard.Stir till combined.
  • Place yolk mixture in pastry bag to pipe. You can also spoon yolk mixture into whites
  • Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
