Method
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add eggs. Cook 12 minutes.
- Remove eggs from hot water and. cool in ice bath. Peel.
- Slice eggs in half. Pop out holds and place in a bowl. Break up yolks with pastry cutter or fork.
- Combine yolks with mayo and mustard.Stir till combined.
- Place yolk mixture in pastry bag to pipe. You can also spoon yolk mixture into whites
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
