This Keto Loaded Breakfast Strata Casserole is super easy to prepare, just pop it on the oven and that's it! Enjoy this low-carb breakfast and start your day right.

Instructions
 

  • Combine all bread ingredients and knead bread according to directions on the package. Let the dough rest , covered, for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375*
  • Flatten dough into a rectangle and roll, jelly roll style into a loaf. Let rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Brush with egg wash and bake for 30 minutes.
  • In a large skillet, brown and crumble chorizo until cooked. Drain and set aside. Combine shredded cheddar and Gruyere cheeses, then set aside.
  • To a large mixing bowl, add eggs, cream, salt, dry mustard, black pepper and paprika. Whisk until combined.
  • Add cubed bread pieces to the bottom of a 3 quart casserole dish. Top with crumbled sausage, bacon, and 3/4 of the cheeses. Pour egg custard over the top, using a wooden spoon to gently push any un-soaked bread down into the custard. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheeses.
  • Cover pan with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes till golden brown and delicious.
