Keto Shrimp and Sausage Skewers
Skewers! A short and sweet backyard BBQ staple! This shrimp and sausage medley is kept moist by brushing it with a spicy mayo mixture that keeps the shrimp from drying out. Double the sauce and put aside some for dipping! This is a great appetizer for a summer pool party!

Method
- Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes before assembly.
- Preheat grill to medium high.
- Skewer sausage and shrimp alternating direction of shrimp on each sausage. Or don’t. It just looks prettier!
- Depending on the size of your shrimp, you can get 4shrimp and sausages per skewer and 6- 8 skewers.
- Brush both sides of skewer with mayo mixture.
- Place on hot grill for 3 minutes per side, turning once. Cooking time will depend on shrimp size. Shrimp will curl up and become opaque when done.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately with dipping sauce on the side (if using).
