Keto French Dip

You, of course, have my blessing if you want to cook a roast, low and slow, let it sit till cool, thin slice the meat, and use the drippings for your Jus.Β  But at my house, we want lunch TODAY! So here’s my shortcut version of Keto French Dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef or deli beef
  • 4 Ketonia hoagie rolls or bread slices
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Method
 

  1. Combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, and Worcestershire in a small saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes for the au jus.
  2. Warm the sliced beef in the au jus briefly.
  3. Pile beef onto Ketonia rolls. Top with provolone.
  4. Place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve sandwiches with small bowls of au jus for dipping.
