Method
- Combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, and Worcestershire in a small saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes for the au jus.
- Warm the sliced beef in the au jus briefly.
- Pile beef onto Ketonia rolls. Top with provolone.
- Place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve sandwiches with small bowls of au jus for dipping.
