These mouthwatering Cheese Biscuits are the perfect complement to any meal. One bite of their cheesy goodness and you'll immediately forget you're on Keto.
This may be the easiest recipe we have with the keto bread mix. It's so easy even John can do it, and that really says something.
This recipe goes from takeoff to table in under 20 minutes

  • Preheat oven to 400*
  • Reserve 1 tbsp. bread mix for dusting the work surface. Empty the rest of the bread mix into a large bowl.  Add baking powder, salt and garlic powder and cheese. Mix dry ingredients till well blended.  Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add cream.  Using a spatula, combine ingredients till a cohesive ball is made.  Empty contents onto the work surface and knead 3 or 4 times.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Pat or roll out dough to ¾ to 1 inch thickness.  Cut with a biscuit cutter (You can even use a drinking glass). Make into 12 biscuits.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic.
  • Place on sheet pan, brush with melted garlic/butter and bake for 10 to 15 minutes til golden brown and delicious.  Brush with more garlic/butter when they come out of the oven. Enjoy!!!
