Keto Cheddar Biscuits
Keto Cheddar Biscuits
- 1 Ketonia Baking Mix
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Reserve 1 tbsp. bread mix for dusting the work surface. Empty the rest of the bread mix into a large bowl. Add baking powder, salt and garlic powder and cheese. Mix dry ingredients till well blended. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add cream. Using a spatula, combine ingredients till a cohesive ball is made. Empty contents onto the work surface and knead 3 or 4 times.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pat or roll out dough to ¾ to 1 inch thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter (You can even use a drinking glass). Make into 12 biscuits.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic.
- Place on sheet pan, brush with melted garlic/butter and bake for 10 to 15 minutes til golden brown and delicious. Brush with more garlic/butter when they come out of the oven. Enjoy!!!
