Keto Bacon Grilled Cheese Bloody Mary

Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices Ketonia Baking Mix - Bread
- 1 long slice bacon
- 2 slices American cheese
Bloody Mary
- 2 oz vodka
- 8 oz Zing Zang
- tabasco
- 2 dashes Worcestershire
- 2 tsp horseradish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 long slice bacon
- 2 stick celery
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake 3 slices of bacon on a baking sheet lined with foil for about 15 minutes or until desired crispiness. Butter 1 side of each slice of bread. Preheat a small skillet to medium heat. Add bread, butter side down. Put cheese and one piece of crumbled bacon on top of the bread in a skillet and top with remaining slice, butter side up.
- Cook till golden brown, flip and then grill on the other side until golden brown and the cheese is nice and melty. Slice the grilled cheese in half diagonally.
- Wet the rim of 2 mason jars with lime and decorate the rim of the glass with salt and pepper. Fill each glass with ice and pour in 1 oz of vodka in each. Top off the glasses with Zing Zang. Add a dash of tabasco and a dash of Worcestershire to each mason jar. Mix in 1 tsp of horseradish to each.
- Once your bloody Mary is finished, it’s time to decorate! Insert your slice of cooked bacon and celery directly into the glass and top it off with half of a warm and crispy grilled cheese. Enjoy!!
