First off, I know Zing Zang is probably not the absolute best keto bloody mix available. Yes, I’m sure you could make your own tomato juice blend, hell you could squeeze your own tomatoes… But let's get real, yesterday was the SuperBowl and you need a quick and dirty keto bloody to make this Monday a little less of a monster. Zing Zang is going to be at most grocery stores and it’ll get you where you need to go with minimal road rash. It’ll keep you from driving off a cliff to stop the hemorrhaging hangover. Especially if after your team's win (or loss) you got a little lost in the sauce. Just don’t tell the boss! With a grilled cheese and bacon to boot, this delicious keto drink will surely save the day!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake 3 slices of bacon on a baking sheet lined with foil for about 15 minutes or until desired crispiness. Butter 1 side of each slice of bread. Preheat a small skillet to medium heat. Add bread, butter side down. Put cheese and one piece of crumbled bacon on top of the bread in a skillet and top with remaining slice, butter side up.
  • Cook till golden brown, flip and then grill on the other side until golden brown and the cheese is nice and melty. Slice the grilled cheese in half diagonally.
  • Wet the rim of 2 mason jars with lime and decorate the rim of the glass with salt and pepper. Fill each glass with ice and pour in 1 oz of vodka in each. Top off the glasses with Zing Zang. Add a dash of tabasco and a dash of Worcestershire to each mason jar. Mix in 1 tsp of horseradish to each.
  • Once your bloody Mary is finished, it’s time to decorate! Insert your slice of cooked bacon and celery directly into the glass and top it off with half of a warm and crispy grilled cheese. Enjoy!!
