Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- 5 dill pickles Approx 1.5 to 2 cups chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced, I used confit since I had some in the fridge
- 3 tbs dill pickles minced
- 2 tbs pickle juice
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbs jalapeño minced
- 1 bag pork Rinds

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix with a spatula till smooth.
- Dip to your hearts content.
- This dip is even better the next day!
