Dips for dinner anyone? This is a light refreshing one that goes great with raw Veggies, pork rinds or any keto chip! A schmear on a sandwich sounds pretty good too!

garlic (minced, I used confit since I had some in the fridge)

Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix with a spatula till smooth.
Dip to your hearts content.
This dip is even better the next day!
