- 1 Ketonia roll prepared
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 slices american cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 oz Taylor ham

Instructions
- Make 6 Ketonia rolls as directed on the back of the package. Set 5 aside or x6 this recipe for a group.
- Slice your Ketonia roll in half, horizontally. Set it on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 1 minute or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and lay a slice of cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
- On a skillet on high heat, melt 1/2 tbsp of butter. Fry 3 slices of Taylor ham on each side until its at your desired crispiness. Set the fried ham on the cheese covered half of the roll. Cover with another slice of cheese.
- Lower the heat to medium and add the other 1/2 tbsp of butter to the skillet. Fry an egg and place on top of the cheesy ham. Top with one more slice of cheese and place the top of the bun on. Slice in half and enjoy!
