I've recently been turning to Keto Broccoli Rice for a side. I think a lot of us on keto get in a rut and make the same things over and over. Ricing your broccoli like you would cauliflower is a nice change of pace! Of course I buy it frozen and pre-riced, but you do you! Fresh herbs and some nuts of texture finish it off nicely!

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add broccoli and garlic salt. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Fold in herbs and cook for a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
