Keto Easy Breakfast Sandwich Hack

A TikTok idea that actually works, is easy to do and tastes amazing! It's basically scrambled eggs and bacon on French toast with all the amazing fixings! Made on our delicious Ketonia Bread, it'll have you saying #whatdiet? every morning!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Ketonia Bread
  • 2 slices American Cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 6 slices bacon (crispy)
  • 1/4 avocado (sliced thinly)

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs well. Pour into non stick pan. Turn on to medium heat
  2. Immediately place bread in eggs for a few seconds and carefully flip them and place in eggs again. Let eggs cook till opaque and gently flip eggs and bread over.
  3. Flip eggs from pan onto bread.Place cheese and bacon on each side.
  4. Place tomatoes on one side and avocado on the other.
  5. Let bread brown to your liking, then flip sandwich together and plate.
  6. Slice Sammy in half and enjoy!
