Keto Crispy Baked Artichoke Hearts

This is a great light snack or appetizer. Nice with the spicy dip!

Ingredients
  

  • 28 oz Artichoke hearts (cut in half)
  • 1.5 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • Β½ cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • ΒΌ cup Primal Kitchen Chipotle Mayo
  • Β½ tsp Paprika
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450*
  2. Drain artichokes in a sieve.
  3. Slice in half and press into layers paper towels. Dry completely.
  4. Place artichokes in bowl with oil, garlic and parmesan. Fold together.
  5. Spread out on lined sheet pan.
  6. Bake 20-30 minutes till browned and crisp.
  7. Place mayo in small bowl. Whisk garlic and paprika in.
  8. Serve artichokes with dipping sauce.
