Method
- Preheat oven to 450*
- Drain artichokes in a sieve.
- Slice in half and press into layers paper towels. Dry completely.
- Place artichokes in bowl with oil, garlic and parmesan. Fold together.
- Spread out on lined sheet pan.
- Bake 20-30 minutes till browned and crisp.
- Place mayo in small bowl. Whisk garlic and paprika in.
- Serve artichokes with dipping sauce.
