Ingredients

Bloody Mary (per glass)

Method

  1. Bake 3 slices of bacon on a foil-lined sheet pan at 400°F for about 15 minutes until crispy. Reserve 2 long strips for garnish, crumble 1 for the grilled cheese.
  2. Make grilled cheese: butter one side of each bread slice. Place one slice butter-side down in a skillet over medium. Top with both cheese slices and crumbled bacon, then second bread slice butter-side up. Cook until golden, flip, cook until golden and cheese is melted. Slice diagonally in half.
  3. Wet the rim of 2 mason jars with lime and dip in salt and pepper. Fill with ice. Add 1 oz vodka to each. Add 4 oz Zing Zang to each. Dash in Tabasco and Worcestershire. Stir in 1 tsp horseradish to each.
  4. Garnish each glass with a crispy bacon strip, celery stalk, and half a grilled cheese wedge propped on the rim. Serve immediately.
