Keto Stuffed Fried Pickles

Like mozzarella cheese sticks on steroids! Imagine fried pickles, but with a ham and cheese sandwich stuffed inside. Crispy and crunchy on the outside and melty and cheesy on the inside! Great for a snack or even for lunch!

  1. Preheat deep fryer to 350*
  2. Using the corer, remove the center of the pickle. Discard or reserve for another use.
  3. Wrap a slice of ham around the cheese and insert it in the hole in the pickle.
  4. In a bowl large enough to fit the pickle, mix the egg and cream. Sprinkle the bread mix on a small plate and the pork pinko on another.
  5. Dredge the pickle in the bread mix.
  6. Then roll it in the egg mixture.
  7. Finally, dredge it in the pork panko.
  8. Gently place the pickles in the hot fat and cook for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown! Remove from fat and drain on paper towels. Enjoy!!
