Method
- Preheat deep fryer to 350*
- Using the corer, remove the center of the pickle. Discard or reserve for another use.
- Wrap a slice of ham around the cheese and insert it in the hole in the pickle.
- In a bowl large enough to fit the pickle, mix the egg and cream. Sprinkle the bread mix on a small plate and the pork pinko on another.
- Dredge the pickle in the bread mix.
- Then roll it in the egg mixture.
- Finally, dredge it in the pork panko.
- Gently place the pickles in the hot fat and cook for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown! Remove from fat and drain on paper towels. Enjoy!!
