Keto Cucumber Salad

This side dish screams spring! It goes great at a backyard bbq with any grilled meat you can think of! Sometimes I eat it immid February just to remind myself Spring is coming! Fresh dill is amazing in this but if you can't find fresh, dried works too!

  1. Peel cucumber.
  2. Slice thinly using a mandolin or a sharp knife.
  3. Mince fresh dill.
  4. Add mayo, sour cream, dill, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix thoroughly. Enjoy! This can be doubled, tripled etc!
