Keto Cucumber Salad
This side dish screams spring! It goes great at a backyard bbq with any grilled meat you can think of! Sometimes I eat it immid February just to remind myself Spring is coming! Fresh dill is amazing in this but if you can't find fresh, dried works too!
Ingredients
Method
- Peel cucumber.
- Slice thinly using a mandolin or a sharp knife.
- Mince fresh dill.
- Add mayo, sour cream, dill, salt and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly. Enjoy! This can be doubled, tripled etc!
