Aside from giving thanks for all we have, this sandwich is the reason for Thanksgiving. LEFTOVERS!!! All the leftovers layered on to one magnificent sandwich! A tribute to the best part of Thanksgiving! The midnight snack!!!

  1. On 1 slice toasted bread slather 1 tbs mayo.
  2. Slather other slice with cranberries.
  3. Layer turkey, avocado and bacon on cranberries. Sprinkle with sprouts.
  4. Top with other slice of toast.
  5. Dunk in gravy.
  6. Be prepared to make another. This one ALWAYS tastes like 2!
  7. Feel free to add add other sides and make this truly your own!
