Keto Mexican Grilled Cheese

This Keto Mexican Grilled Cheese sandwich barely made it off the panini press. It’s just so so good!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ketonia hero rolls (split)
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp Pace Picante sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 chipotles in Adobo (minced)
  • 14 slices smoked turkey breast
  • 8 slices chipotle cheese

Method
 

  1. Heat apanini pressorskilletover medium. In a mediumbowl, make guacamole. Combine avocado, picante sauce, garlic, and salt, mix well. Stir together mayonnaise and chopped chipotle. Slice Ketonia hero rolls horizontally and smear bottom half with mayonnaise mixture. Top with guacamole, cheese, and turkey, close sandwich. Place in the hot panini press or heated skillet and grill until golden brown and cheese is melted.
