Keto Bread Crumbs & Croutons
Breadcrumbs are so versatile and used in so many ways and salads are nothing without croutons! The last thing you want to do is give up such a versatile and integral addition to a number of tasty dishes because of your diet. Luckily, with our new bread mix to make Ketonia's Keto Bread Crumbs & Croutons, you don’t have to!Â

For the croutons:
- In a large skillet add oil, garlic, and red pepper. Cook on medium-high until garlic starts to sizzle.
- Remove from heat and do not let the garlic burn!
- Let cool. Pour oil through a sieve to remove garlic and pepper. You now have a delicious spicy oil! Make and bake bread as directed. Let cool. Cut half of the loaf into ½ inch slices. Cut slices into 1-inch cubes.
- On medium-high heat pour above oil back into the skillet, add bread and cook till GBAD (NICE, GOLDEN BROWN, AND DELICIOUS!) on all sides. Remove from the pan and let drain on paper towels. Ta-da, you have croutons!!
For the Breadcrumbs:
- Take remaining bread and tear into 2-inch chunks. Fill your food processor and pulse till fine crumbs. Preheat oven to 325*F.
- Spread crumbs evenly over sheet pan and bake, stirring occasionally till GBAD. 15- 25 minutes. Let cool.
- If you want finer crumbs, pulse again in the food processor till desired consistency. You now have breadcrumbs!
