Keto Whiskey Sour
A classic! Back in my ill spent youth, my cousin and I would take the train into New York City, hang out for the day, and top it off with dinner at the Riverboat Restaurant in the Empire State Building! We'd have a couple of whiskey sours and thought we were the height of sophistication. We would then sing and dance out way back to Penn Station. Very sophisticated! I still love them!

- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Pour over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with lemon peel. Top with club soda if desired.
