Keto Pumpkin Spice Coffee
This coffee has real pumpkin flavor because it has real pumpkin! Not just the pie spices! And it's topped with real pumpkin whipped cream topped with MORE pumpkin spice. Your favorite barista wishes! This is almost a no recipe recipe! I put 2 tsps of Ketologie sweetener in my coffee cuz that's how I like it! You want more sweet? Add more. By the way, we are LOVING this organic erythritol and stevia sweetener from Ketologie! It's deliciously sweet with just a hint of vanilla! Give it a try!

- In bottom of large coffee mug, add 1 tbs pumpkin, 1/4 tsp spice and 1 tbs erythritol. Turn on coffee maker to fill mug with coffee. Add 1 tbs cream. Stir.
- In a tall jar or glass, large enough to fit immersion blender tip, combines 1 tbs pumpkin, 1 tbs erythritol and 4 tbs (1/4 cup) of heavy cream. Insert immersion blender and pulse till whipped.
- Top coffee with whipped cream and sprinkle more pie spice.
