Keto Pesto Prosciutto Pull Apart Bread

A crispy , crunchy, gooey appetizer bread, absolutely stuffed with creamy mozzarella, herby pesto and salty prosciutto. These little treats are great for casual parties where everyone just tears into the goodies.When you make your Ketonia bread, divide it into 4 after the first rise then shape into balls and bake as usual. The recipe is for one of these babies, but you can certainly make more for a bigger party! Mangia!

  1. Preheat oven to 375*
  2. Cut 8 wedges into bread, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  3. Pipe or spoon a teaspoon of pesto into each cut.
  4. Fold 2 slice of cheese in between each cut, on top of pesto.
  5. Slice each piece of prosciutto in half and stuff each half in each mozzarella slice.
  6. Place bread on parchment lined sheet pan.
  7. Drizzle with 1 tbs olive oil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till golden brown and crisp!
