Method
- Preheat oven to 375*
- Cut 8 wedges into bread, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Pipe or spoon a teaspoon of pesto into each cut.
- Fold 2 slice of cheese in between each cut, on top of pesto.
- Slice each piece of prosciutto in half and stuff each half in each mozzarella slice.
- Place bread on parchment lined sheet pan.
- Drizzle with 1 tbs olive oil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till golden brown and crisp!
