Keto Mint Julep

Is there a more Southern cocktail? I don't think so! Mint Julep screams Southern Hospitality. Whether sitting on the veranda enjoying the breeze or partying on the infield track at the Kentucky Derby, there is simply no better boozy tradition in the South! Easy to make and easier to drink, Mint julep wins the Triple Crown every time!

Method
 

  1. Place mint leaves in a silver cup or rocks glass. Using a muddle or other wooden tamper, crush mint to release oils and flavor.
  2. Pour 1 oz (or to taste) simple syrup on top of mint.
  3. Fill with crushed ice.
  4. Add 2 oz good bourbon.
  5. Top with club soda. Add more mint for garnish if desired. Stir and enjoy!
