Keto Mint Julep

Is there a more Southern cocktail? I don't think so! Mint Julep screams Southern Hospitality. Whether sitting on the veranda enjoying the breeze or partying on the infield track at the Kentucky Derby, there is simply no better boozy tradition in the South! Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Ketonia Simple Syrup
  • 4 mint leaves (Plus a sprig for garnish)
  • 2 oz Club Soda (Splash to taste)

Method
 

  1. Place mint leaves in a silver cup or rocks glass. Using a muddle or other wooden tamper, crush mint to release oils and flavor.
  2. Pour 1 oz (or to taste) simple syrup on top of mint.
  3. Fill with crushed ice.
  4. Add 2 oz good bourbon.
  5. Top with club soda. Add more mint for garnish if desired. Stir and enjoy!
