Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Ketonia bread
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • ΒΌ tsp garlic salt
  • ΒΌ tsp italian seasoning
  • Sprinkle parmesan
  • 4 slices american cheese
  • β…“ cup mozzarella (shredded )
  • 2 oz pancetta (fried crisp)

Method
 

  1. Smear softened butter on one side of each piece of Ketonia bread. Sprinkle butter with garlic salt, italian seasoning, and parmesan. Keep the buttered sides on the outside and assemble sandwich with american cheese, mozzarella, and pancetta. Heat a largeskilleton medium heat and carefully place the sandwich in. Cook on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Lower heat and cook a little longer if necessary to melt all the cheeses.
