Keto Honey Butter Biscuits

These Keto Honey Butter Biscuits are just the softest and fluffiest biscuits you can ever have. You wouldn't even think this is keto because of the sweetness it has. But not to worry, it's only 1G of Net Carbs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Ketonia Keto Bread Mix
  • 1/3 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar-free honey substitute
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch salt
Honey Butter
  • 4 tbsp softened butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar-free honey substitute

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ketonia Keto Bread Mix and baking powder. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and honey until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While biscuits bake, mix softened butter with honey to make honey butter.
  7. Serve warm biscuits with honey butter.
