Keto Broccoli Rice

I've recently been turning to Keto Broccoli Rice for a side. I think a lot of us on keto get in a rut and make the same things over and over. Ricing your broccoli like you would cauliflower is a nice change of pace! Of course I buy it frozen and pre-riced, but you do you! Fresh herbs and some nuts of texture finish it off nicely!

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add broccoli and garlic salt. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Fold in herbs and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
