Keto Garlic Stuffed Cheese Balls

- In a large bowl fit for a stand mixer combine Ketonia mix, water, oil, yeast, and honey. Fit mixer with a paddle attachment and mix dough for 5 minutes or until well combined. Transfer dough onto a clean counter and knead into a smooth ball. Place dough in a greased bowl and let rest, covered, for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- Divide dough into 18 equal pieces. Cut each mozzerella cheese stick into 3 sections. Flatten each dough ball and place one piece of cheese into the centers. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams closed so the cheese doesn’t leak. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Mix in the minced garlic, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and onion powder. Brush this butter over the cheese balls. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
