Cook Time 20 minutes
Servings: 12 kolaches

Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except jelly and egg wash and knead dough per directions. Cover and rest for 60 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll dough into a roughly 12×12 inch rectangle. Divide into 12 or 24 equal portions (mini kolaches are great). Let rise for 1 hour on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  3. Using your thumb or a tart tamper, make a deep indent in the center of each. Brush with egg wash. Place 1 tsp jelly in each divot.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and delicious.

Notes

Good Good jams use erythritol and stevia and have genuinely fruity flavor – goodgood.net or Amazon. In cooler kitchens give the dough more time to rise. Nutrition is estimated per kolache.
