Keto Biscuits and Chorizo Gravy
If you love breakfast like i do, you're going to want to try this Keto Biscuits and Chorizo Gravy recipe. This twist on a traditional biscuit and gravy is perfect for any time. Who doesn't love breakfast for dinner?!

- Preheat oven to 400*
- Reserve 1 tbsp bread mix for dusting the work surface. Empty the rest of the bread mix into a large bowl. Add baking powder and salt.Whiskdry ingredients till well blended. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add cream. Using aspatula, combine ingredients till a cohesive ball is made. Empty contents onto the work surface and knead 3 or 4 times.
- Line abaking sheetwithparchment paper
- Pat or roll out dough to ¾ to 1 inch thickness. Cut with abiscuit cutter(You can even use a drinking glass).
- Place onSheet pan, brush with melted butter and bake for 10 to 15 minutes til GBAD.Brushwith more butter when they come out of the oven.
Chorizo Gravy
- Add chorizo and onion into a largeskilletheated over medium-high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes or until it’s thoroughly cooked. Transfer the cooked chorizo mixture to astrainerand strain out extra grease. Transfer back to the skillet and pour in the heavy cream, let simmer until slightly thickened (it will thicken as it cools). Mix in Better than Bouillon and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over biscuits. Add hot sauce if desired.
