Keto Classic Grilled Cheese

Grilled cheese is a class comfort food dish. Simple, delicious, and hits the spot every time.   1. Butter 1 side of each slice of bread.
  2. Preheat a small skillet to medium heat.
  3. Add bread, butter side down.
  4. Put cheese on top of the bread in a skillet and top with remaining slice, butter side up.
  5. Cook till golden brown, flip and then grill on the other side until golden brown and the cheese is nice and melty.
  6. Take it up a notch: Adding bacon and thinly sliced tomato might be gilding the lily, but what the heck, youโ€™re worth it!
