Keto Mediterranean Chicken
These are so pretty, I'd make them even if they DIDN'T taste good! Fortunately, they are delicious! And very easy to change up! If you don't have feta, use mozzarella. No oregano? Try basil. No fresh herbs? Use dried. Endlessly improvisable!

- Preheat oven to 425*F
- Slice 4 or 5 slits in the chicken breasts, going ΒΎ of the way down. Do not slice all the way through.
- In each slit place a slice of cheese, a tomato slice a zucchini slice and an oregano leaf.Place in parchment lined sheet pan.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake 45 minutes or till juices run clear.
- Garnish with more olives and feta if desired.
