Keto Pepperoni Pizza Hot Pockets
Hot pockets are a staple of childhood. Simple, easy, and not always delicious… but when we are that age all we care about is simplicity and speed in preparation for a snack. Using our Ketonia Bread Mix, we take you back to your childhood with our simple and always delicious Keto Keto Pepperoni Pizza Hot Pockets.Â
Ingredients
Method
- Prepare bread mix according to directions.
- After the first 30 minute rise, roll the dough into a rectangle, roughly 12 X 18.
- Cut into 9 smaller rectangles, 4 X 6.
- Lay 6 to 8 slices of pepperoni on each rectangle depending on how thick it is and how meaty you want it..
- Lay 1 mozzarella on top.
- Roll to close, pinching ends to seal. .
- Lay on the baking sheet seal side down
- Cover with a towel and let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
- Melt butter with Italian herbs. Brush tops with butter mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or till GBAD (Golden Brown and Delicious- for our newcomers)!
- Dunk in Rao’s Marinara and enjoy!
